These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using the website www.dandyflower.com

By selecting the "I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy" checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.


We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. 


Deliveries are made 6 days a week, however we cannot guarantee if there are unforeseen delays in transit. A delivery refund is permissible if plants are delivered late. At the moment we provide delivery service in Dubai only.

Free shipping is provided to Dubai if your order has a minimum value of AED 999.

Same Day Delivery

To get the delivery same day please contact our customer care team and they shall advise on availability and pricing.

Signed for deliveries

Adequate proof of delivery is obtained if plants have been signed for requested delivery address.

If we attempt to deliver the plants and your recipient is absent from the property, we will either leave them in a safe place or in the safe hands of a neighbor unless we receive instructions to hand deliver.


We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

  • Items we delivered to you in error;
  • Items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect;
  • Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.

Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

You will need to register with us to purchase items using this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the user name and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your user name and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details using the "My Account" area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Privacy and Communications

When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, Email address). For details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Statement.

To fulfill our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.

The contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail").


Products are displayed in Dirham and invoiced in US Dollar at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.


We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by Email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using Email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service number. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).

Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: 

Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or 

Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. Or

If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.


We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we sent the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you). We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Alterations to this website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the online shopping Terms and Conditions forming the contract between us is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.


Plants are perishable item, as a result of this; any request for the reimbursement will be dealt with on a case by case basis. A refund may be requested if an item has not been shipped, in case it has been shipped, we can refund the paid amount minus cost of shipping and wrapping. However, to guarantee the freshness of plants, an item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been shipped and received by recipient. It may still be exchanged.

In the very rare instance of non-delivery on the day you selected, we will remedy you with a delivery refund and/or we will send fresh resend. Please note some rural and harder to reach areas may take an extra working day in transit. Please contact a customer care agent to see if your delivery address applies. Please note deliveries may be delivered early at peak events.


If you breach these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

Order Amendments

To make an amendment to your order, you may do so by emailing contact@dandyflower.com outlining the changes you wish to make. We are more than happy to amend any order as long as we receive the request 24 hours before it leaves the shop. We will always do our best to accommodate your request however we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill the request within this period. It is important to understand that once the order has left the shop, no further amendment may be made. We cannot guarantee any changes at peak times. If we receive any request to make an amendment on a Friday or public holiday, the request will be effectively received on the following working day.


If for whatever you wish to make a complaint, you must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the items. Complaints made out with this time may not be dealt with. If the plants delivered appear to be damaged or are defective, we are not liable if you contact the customer care team 24 hours after they have been delivered. Any refund issued may take up to 3-4 business days to appear back in your bank account. Any remedy given where by the complaint was made outside the 24 hour time frame will be discretionary. 

For situations where delivery is problematic and we cannot contact the recipient of sender, or if the customer does not contact ourselves, we are not liable for non-delivery. Accordingly, any remedy will be discretionary. 

If plants are refused by the intended recipient, we cannot be held responsible. We cannot offer a refund for such instances and any remedy will be discretionary. 

Delivery Date / Location

It is important the customer checks the delivery details prior to checkout. Delivery information is printed exactly how it is entered. We strongly recommend the customer to check the flat/house/room/unit number, street, town and postcode. If any of this information is incorrect and we have not been notified prior to dispatch, we are unable to offer any remedy. For rural/hard to reach areas, please contact customer services prior to placing your order. If delivery fails as a result of incorrect shipping information being entered, we cannot be held responsible. It is important to note that it is not possible to send an order to a P.O Box number, airport terminal or army base.

Customer Satisfaction

We have our own committed customer care team who will always go that extra mile to ensure a satisfied customer. We will aim to deal will all emails received within 15 hours of receiving them during office hours. Office hours are open Saturday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Our customer care team treats all of our customers equally without prejudice. They are there to help you after all and therefore they deserve to be treated with the same respect. Any email received that is viewed to be offensive and abusive will not receive a reply and may be reported. No member of our staff will tolerate any form of profanity and the appropriate steps will be taken. Likewise, if a member of our team feels offended, abused or mistreated, they reserve the right to terminate the call and suspend your account.


We always appreciate feedback, whether positive or negative, we thrive on it. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact us quickly so we can rectify the problem. We will never leave a customer unhappy and our customer care team is there to ensure this whether on the telephone or on email.

Fraud vigilance

Any order that appears to be suspicious and is suspected to be a potential fraudulent transaction, we will immediately cancel and refund that. We are not obliged to disclose any information regarding our reasoning for this.

Use of DandyFlower.com discount voucher codes

If you have a valid discount voucher to redeem, select the product you’d like to order and proceed to the order process. You can enter your voucher code on the checkout page. Enter your voucher code and click Apply Voucher. If valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your shopping basket and the discount amount will be visible in your order summary.

Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products, countries or date range - where possible, details of any restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the voucher code to you.

  • Voucher codes may only be redeemed on DandyFlower.com.
  • Voucher codes may be redeemed against purchases for delivery to UAE addresses only. Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products only. 
  • Voucher codes are restricted to one use per customer and should not be passed on to additional recipients. 
  • We are unable to apply a discount to orders already placed. 
  • Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 
  • Only one voucher code may be used per order. 
  • Where the voucher code entitles you to a percentage discount, the discount will not be applied to the delivery charge ('delivery' includes additional delivery services, which are charged in conjunction with Flowers Delivery. 
  • Voucher codes may be withdrawn, or suspended without notice for any reason. We will advise after you complete the order process if we cannot accept the discount code you have entered. 
  • Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products - where possible, details of further restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the voucher code to you. 
  • Voucher codes may also be set to a maximum number of redemptions – if we are not able to accept the discount code you have entered for this reason we will advise you accordingly after you complete the order process and the discount will not be applied. 
  • Vouchers codes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for non-availability of plants which may prevent use of Voucher codes. 
  • Changes to these terms of use may be made at any time.
